Honestly, so much of what we learn in elementary school can be taught in 101 classes in college. I believe we should educate our children with subjects like history, math, science, etc; but it is imperative to educate them
On topics that are absolutely necessary to living a life in the real world. These children learning about a food truck is amazing and it fosters entrepreneurialism. Knowing what must be done to open a business is great real world knowledge and tools to possess. I am a book smart person that struggled so badly when I left home because I had no idea how to do things like get a cell number, pay my water bill, budget, etc. my grandmother took good care of me, bless her for it, but she failed to prep me for life. I don’t know that every child is well suited for this learning style and environment, but for those that are I hope this proves to be a fruitful program
