You are aware that in the USA - Fusion Centers with their Joint Collaboration with Intelligence Agencies and Military Units are using AI autonomous Systems for the same thing as well. And warrants are only for that which they actually want to take to a court. You don't want to know what our own Law Enforcement and Domestic Security Forces have been up to unbeknownst to the American Public.
