jobs i think AI will not replace:
- baby sitters (no sane person will allow machine to take care of a child. machines dont have emotions)
- martial arts trainers (you can spar with a robot but would you trust a robot to not harm you?)
- Police officers (ai and robots may accompany them but you will always need a person to oversee)
- lawyers and judges and people who negotiate deals face to face (i will not negotiate with robot. and many other people wont do as well)
Also i think that despite AI being thing people will still need to learn jobs as a "Backup/Emergency" as all it takes to cripple a city where everything is run by AI is one EMP or a Solar Storm
