Killer AI robots probaly wouldn't be in a humanoid form, as a form like ours likely isn't optimal for such a task. Far more likely they'll adopt a drone, dog-like, or insect-like swarm form.
Point is, this isn't Hollywood, and the universe doesn't revolve around humans, so if/when AI goes rogue, it'll do so in a way that's quite alient to us, and far more effective.
