Suleyman states that AI has or will have perfect IQ -- whatever that means. He also argues that AI has EQ. It doesnt: AI can simulate EQ. Suleyman states that we must put the best of being human into developing AI, qualities that he summarizes as "empathy, kindness, curiosity, and creativity." These are the qualities that AI does not and cannot have. Simulation is not realization. No serious argument has been offered that AI has emotions, yet that appears to be one of Suleyman's assumptions.
