I'm willing to bet the people picketing don't know shit about the specifics (the computer science and neural networks, training data Etc.)
To be fair it is complicated but you should really study up on a thing before you spend a bunch of time fighting (about) it.
I made this comment based on the headline before watching the video; there's far too much stigma surrounding AI from people who don't understand it.
