With some luck, we can transition to a post work world where AI can run everything and no one NEEDS a job. This transition will happen peacefully if those in charge of these AI companies are sensible, and I suspect it will have to result in their death if they try to horde wealth and oppress everyone else via the fact they essentially now control ALL income.
