There are 2 reasons for this,
1 machine learning as they learn from experiences, people might talk bad with them on social media and social media is a self justification for this shit.
2 is previous data,here the ai is targeting people with factual data cuz in America no offense but black crime rates are higher than that of whites so acc to factual data it makes bias decision and for other etc things too!
