If an AI can think of twenty different problems by simply scanning a patient visually within the first 15 seconds, combine those problems, and work on the probable diagnosis and/or drafting a secondary examinations while making sure the patient's comfortable and open their heart by the first three sentences out then they'll finally got some grounds to go against a fresh-graduate MD.
