This is entirely false, factually and logically. AI is more than capable of writing entire apps into markets. Public does not however have access to all of AI's capabilities yet. The reason so much is being spent on data center construction is because demand for coding tasks has already been accurately anticipated on a standalone military project. And the US is leading humanity in progress by subsidizing majority of its servers.
