I'm one of the people who is hired to make AI porn models for people and the amount of people looking to have AI trained on someone is insane. I make the target client give verbal and photo agreements (they have to get on video and say they agree to having AI made of them) before moving forward. But the amount of people trying to make AI trained content without consent is crazy. I have tons of potential clients ghost me after I tell them "Sure, I'll do all this stuff to your 'GF' just need their express concent 1st" then I get ghosted.
But I see no way to regulate or even hunt down the people who make them. The program I use is completely an offline system so there is no way to even track who made it and on top of that, like they were saying, many of my clients are international.
Just keep in mind, if they have 20-30 images of you, they can train an AI on your likeness.
