Basically, what this BWC shows us is that even with an ID, the police still do not believe us or trust a "real ID" .Anybody can see this is not the same guy.
PepperMill needs to discuss these false positives with its facial recognition system vendor.
This deputy should be put on probation; he made claims for his PC that he could not prove in court. Example: "He probably has a hook-up in the DMV....."
This officer is a dufus, his ego got in the way. He was biased in his poor investigation and did a sloppy investigation from the start, ignoring many facts.
Jason is going to win, probably start his own trucking company, and should get a life-time casino membership with free drinks and a buffet.
And for the record, no facial recognition is 100%, even the officer stated this at the end, with 90/100% accuracy based on angle.
