Hm... as an artist i think you give too much flak to the AI... they're not artist. Why you even call it AI "Art"? It's not art, it's a Creation. While people who use AI to create creations are not artist, they're like movie directors. They write prompts and then keep trying until the the result looks more like what they desire. Even though i'm an actual artist, i played a bit with Ai tools to see what it's about and i can admit that getting it to make the desired result (When i'm such a perfectionist with artistic eye who can notice small things that make art ugly) is... time-consuming.
Still, i haven't seen AI directors acting like that to the real artists. Most of the time i see it's the Artists who often unreasonably agressively respond to people who used AI to simply create references for their hired artist.
Either way... i'm a centrist.
