Damn right "train to be a plumber" its going to be a bit longer before a robot can routinely and successfully do what I do on any given day. As a commercial carpenter I'm expected to be skilled to some degree in welding, drywall, metal and wood framing, scaffold erecting, trim and fine finish work, exterior finishes, Door hardware of all kinds, solid surface installation and finishing, decorative wall paneling etc etc etc etc etc and that's just a carpenter. the AI is there but getting a robot to do all that autonomously and successfully and efficiently is a big ask....its most DEFINITLY coming down the pike, I have 21 yrs to retirement and fairly confident I'll make it before I'm replaced
