Yes, there is the big disadvantage of OpenAI having your data. But honestly, I would have wasted several more years of my life with unmotivated and incompetent doctors and therapists if it wasn't for Gemini 3 and the ChatGPT 5.x models that, besides talking a lot of bullshit, finally pointed me in the right direction.
