Time for my honest opinion:
Now, just doing it as a joke and not for any business reasons for one image, it's fine. I don't really care. BUT using AI for your BUSINESS is 100% illegal and stupid. Can you take inspiration from the Studio Ghibli style? ABSOLUTELY! BUT DRAW THE IMAGES YOURSELF! I must also note that Japanese copyright laws are insanely strict, and so are the people in these types of cases (which i fully respect).
Just learn to draw is what I'm saying
