Im only beginning in the art world, I start at 40 and just for fun mostly, I have my business that now allows me time to dedicate some time to art. I can see how younger people just wanting to start and finding this is discouraging. I started as a photographer, back in the day few people knew how to develop film, there was little competition, now kids with phones do better work than me. Im sure theatre actors felt threatened by TV, musicians felt the same with the synthesizer, surgery and diagnostics will eventually be made by machines, medicine students will fell the same. Even drivers and pilots will be replaced. For now creativity is threatened by AI, something we never thought possible, the next ten years will be insane with this topic.
