Hopefully when AI gets smarter it doesnt remember the times the art community bullied it for not being "creative"
In all seriousness, i dont think their is any fundamental difference to human creativity and AIs creativity besides scope. Human imagination is fundamentally just taking existing pieces and fitting them together in differing levels of complexity. The things we call creations are just new combinations of existing things. AI simply lacks the ability to pull from the data set we have in our heads. But eventually it will get there. Some of the talks on human creativity ive seen on the topic of AI art sit dangerously close to believing humans are special.
