In my company. We also *_talk_* to the customers and our customers aren't individual people, they are corporations, massive ones, like our recent client Telstra, our team had to *_communicate_* with the Telstra clients, do you think they would want to talk to skynet, while they are laying out very confidential and sensitive information. Of course not. So even if A.I. does become autonomous, clients aren't gonna want to talk to a bot. The human interaction is still crucial in business relationships. Clients especially corporations aren't going to feel that they have a business relationship when all they are talking to is A.I. and I know that's an exageration, of course the A.I. companies will still have some humans to talk to the clients, but how will that person debug the A.I.'s code when they aren't a software engineer and a minor change, causes a major failure in the code.
