I don't believe electrical circuits can spawn consciousness... but just like that movie transcendence, another intelligence, human or not could upload into the network, and perhaps it already has. Maybe there is an alien body inside the mainframe. I don't believe in alien bodies on earth but what do I know. I'd prefer if Lord of the Rings became reality over the Matrix, could we petition OpenAI creators to put that in the programming before it's too late?
