Being able own stock in the company you work for? How's that going to help anyone when they lose jobs to ai before such a policy can be enacted? I like that Bernie talks with decency and pushes the needle, but in this instance he is not pushing far enough. We NEED universal basic income for people to have economic power in the age of AI.
