The point is to understand that AI does not steal art. Any case of copying is typical error called overfitting. It is just another tool and form of expression like the photography or futurism some time ago. We have to understand that AI art does not mean the end of previous art and creators. It is just next step into technological development of art. Frankly, however, the issue is that many of these new uses are not properly regulated in terms of copyright and related rights.
