If AI replaces most of the workerforce there are three scenarios i think. 1) demand collapses, deflation spirals, economies tank, social unrest 2) production is mainly focused on the rich, mass poverty, technology apartheid 3) Profits are shared by redistributive measures universal basic income or something like this, thus keeping demand stable. Maybe the scenarios follow each other first one, then two, then three. Although as things look to me, we will probably get stuck in scenario two, unless AI will kill us all of course 😁
