You are paid on usefulness. Not on knowledge or skill outside of the usefulness of it. AI is going to take away the usefulness that we currently have in society. So it is unpredictable right now where human usefulness is needed. Most likely it will be in innovation and art and asking new questions. The skillset of a good journalist is probably the most important skill in the post AI world.
