AI is not going to cause a job crash because AI requires people to authenticate all its findings. AI is not worthless, because it can find stuff people cannot, but every answer or signal AI provides has to be verified. That will never not be true. There will be value added, but no cost reductions from AI. Companies replacing people with AI will discover they have to hire those people back. Contrary to doom prognosticators, who sell a story of all powerful AI to pump their stock, AI is going to cause an explosion of jobs. Tons of new problems will newly be within reach of a solution, and it will require humans to bridge AI and the real world.
