So, do people now have to say if they used AI? How detailed do they have to be? I can't imagine if one bought a beat or riff or something only to find out later it was AI generated by getting sued. Remember the vid I shared w/ you about the musician who used AI & then that account copyrighted his original material?
How are people going to prove how much AI was used or that they didn't use AI at all?
I fear is gonna get so dang messy, it very well may end up screwing copyright up (perhaps not just in the music industry either - AI can now develop apps/games - how is that any different?) except the Big AI buddies & big record labels.
