At least for software development I don't think LLM's take away the ability to fight to struggle as mentioned in 21:00. From my experience the code is not going to work around 30% of the time or so. And then you have to think harder than ChatGPT to solve it. And this is an advantage, because in the time you would spend solving 10 problems without ChatGPT, with ChatGPT you solve 30 problems (around 10 of them, the hardest ones, on your own). But as Cole later points out, for a new person learning software development ChatGPT will solve 100% of the issues and there will be no learning!
