I agree that the analogy of using steroids is better than the analogy of using a robot, but for different reasons. If you use a robot, you'll still be able to get strong later if you decide to start working out yourself. But if you use steroids, you're permanently altering your physiology, and if you go off them, you won't be able to get strong in the way you could have before you started using.
