Human beings have finally created their own prison, and as far as they need be concerned, it will be reality. With our species the propensity for imperfect endeavors is rampant, and AI is an evolution of our technology that is predictable.
Makes sense we corner ourselves eventually. So, our technology is not natural. We wouldn't be capable of developing the means of utter spoilage and degradation of our genetic health if the origin of human's was natural. I don't believe nature can provide a species which then destroys the environment and creates an alter reality besides. A little contradictory for what we know as far as the natural world.
Humans and nature have always clashed. There is no natural way to us. Instead of living in harmony provided by a natural environment, it had to be wrestled and conquered in a twisted show of the unnatural. Now compare what is happening with our nature and fasten your seat belt.
