8:32 what a roundabout way of saying COMPAS is ridiculously racist in its assumptions! With the current SCOTUS it’ll probably still be allowed for decades to follow. But this must be stopped!
(One way to get there: vote Dems during mid-terms but mainly down-ballot. That’s where all the decisions are being made. Oh and never vote for a GOP senator, even the moderate ones can’t be trusted to use their common sense.)
