C-suit management compensation are mostly stock-based. They also need to justify the stock price that's inflated by AI story but they know the truth is AI hasn't been able to generate that much revenue as people believe. So how? C-suit mass layoff employees (the quickest way to cut cost) by sacrificing ordinary employee to maximize company's profile.... That's how capitalism works you see?
