By the time legislation leads to regulation, the technology and the AI industry will have advanced to a point where it's uncontrollable, uncontainable & irreversible. It's like being a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. We will be under its complete control and it has no conscious, no emotion, no empathy & no mercy. It's a no win scenario for humanity no matter how it turns out in the end. We will either be enslaved or eradicated by it with nothing else in between.
