well obviously you have to be aware that anything you type into the chatgpt has to be edited for privacy reasons. change all the relevant data same way you would if you were writing a post on reddit. treat it same way. in reality anything you write anywhere online can be and probably will be used for other things. there is nothing that can stop anyone using information I am typing right now in this comment or contents of this video to write a book, a screenplay or anything else. if you truly want to keep something from being used don't post it online in any form. chatgpt is not the only thing that uses data online. and not the only way that your data can be used for purposes you don't want it to be used. people post pictures of their kids on instagram completely unaware of what that actually entails. so... just use your common sense and think before you post.
