It's happening now, I just did all my banking, opened up a new account, set up my auto billing all online with a chat bot, an AI and it wasn't a real customer support person and best thing, it was super fast I did not have to wait in cue for a live person to become available as I did in the past with wait times of up to an hour. It will take away jobs for sure, but hopefully we plan something in its place because millions, if not billions, will become unemployed in the next few years.
