The thing I don't get is why anyone would want a self driving car unless they're physically disabled?
I can't stand the lane assist function that is now fitted on all European cars as a so-called safety feature. It genuinely freaks me out if I get in a car with it and forget to disable it, it's more likely to cause accident than prevent one IMO.
I've nothing against EV's but wouldn't want all these gimmicky "driver aids" that take away any last remaining pleasure from driving.
