AI taking away dignity is a huge problem. But if the end result is undignifying jobs being replaced by a UBI system that pays people the same in a similar economic environment, there's far more dignity in having the same amount of money to do the things you WANT to do vs. being stuck behind a cash register/pushing a mop/taking orders.
But I highly doubt a proper financial safety net system (UBI + Counter-Inflation measures) will be put in place before AI creates millions of more unemployed humans..
