All the writers and actors who are on strike from your jobs because someone is holding a gun and threatening you to work in that industry please raise your hand. And if any strikers have ever worked 40 hour weeks for 50 weeks in a given year please raise your other hand. What are the odds that a single person fits the bill in anything I’ve said. Welcome to the real world. People on the front line are trying to get get to celebrity status, that’s the only reason they’re on strike. Broadway actors are no longer striking and those cashiers who lost work because of self checkout AI are not out there striking and complaining for fair wages, they move on. Unions don’t do any good for anyone except their existence.
