The problem with the big push to AI is there's only so much efficiency you can put into it. Economies flourish when the people they're a part of benefit. The wages paid to workers are spent somewhere else, which empowers other lives. We're removing humans from the equation. This is short term gain for long term loss. The only people benefiting are the very wealthy. There's going to be big problems, and soon. The workers in the industrial revolution had time to adapt. This is everywhere and new jobs don't just materialize overnight. At this rate nobody's going to have any money.
