Frankly , I think this bloke is talking nonsense about AI. He may be a professor and so called "godfather of AI" (whatever that actually MEANS) but AI is up there with the paperless office. It is not AI it is PM ie pattern matching/recognition on all kinds of data (text, structures, images, record logs, manual operation)
