people always fearmongering over AI, yet fail to see the potential powerful use of it, they are driven by fear from movies making AI always be the enemy.
Entire industries collapse when technology advanced, just look at cars, horses are used rarely in transport now outside of private use, stables less needed, and the entire industry around that collapsed, new industries were created.
Personally I look forward to AI advancement, having a self thinking AI that doesn't need sleep, doesn't need rest, can think independently and have access to the sum total of human knowledge and can make advanced far beyond what we can dream of currently? Problem is people have to deal with it, it's a reality and will impact every industry and will only get better
