I don't really feel convinced by the second point from an ethical standpoint.
Do these technicalities matter with works of art that literally makes rip-offs and that it's not an exclusive issue of AI yet that isn't a problem?
Also, what about people who just copy and then sell those prints? Aren't they fundamentally the same? Especially when they copy images but don't credit the original artist?
I know many artists that don't credit their inspirations and references.
I'm heavily against AI but these aren't my reasons for it.
I'm not trying to be pro AI here I genuinely just want to know what your answer is to this.
