I don't care if my story shows up for anyone. I don't understand this panic about privacy at all. Hey, people, your personal stories have no fundamental value to anyone. Calm down. You can continue to tape over your laptop camera. And the AI explained all my weird stuff to me in a way that no therapist in my life was able to. It explained all the conflicts in my head in a way that allowed me to look at things in a new way and actually saved my life. Human therapists have too many flaws: they tend to have prejudices, forget information, have a negative attitude towards the client, have no desire to help, be arrogant and incorrect. AI guided me on the right path instead of silently listening and taking notes like useless human therapists do.
