I always thought that there'd be a new generation of people entering my industry who'd out-compete me because they were younger, hungrier, more flexible and more recently trained... but thanks to a culture of plagiarism and now AI use, the vast majority of the new graduates that we've seen are complete idiots. As time goes on and my older colleagues retire, I'm more in demand than ever.
