If people are honest about it being ai, not using it as anything but a bit of personal fun, that is literally the most ethical way you can use it. Harassing these people will literally create a space where ai art is ONLY used deceptively. People WILL use it anyway, but if you scare away the most ethical ( most ethical, not ethical) users you will create a space only for deception. I see so many liars who pretend to paint and they make thousands of dollars on it. You are encouraging the entire space to be MORE opaque, create more tools to avoid detection. I have rarely, in any discussions of ai seen criticism of the people who literally stole art. Openai. This company stole art, but you only harass the 15 year old kid whi thinks ai is cool?
