As someone working in tech: Those predictions are done by people who have no clue how AI works. Its much more likely that AI will take care of low-level tasks, not even low-level jobs. Like, even AI Chatbots for support are still really, really bad. so bad that basic chatbots that have a set number of responses are often more helpful.
