It's a power grab. Best thing you can do is reject AI ultimatums, don't tell anyone in the workplace that you are using it for valuable or revenue generating task and slow down any implementation discussions. Become a cog in the AI implementation wheel. Push back on AI zealots and make them look incompetent. Reject those charlatan founders on LinkedIn who try to sell you on AI being a requirement to stay competitive, for most things it is not needed. AI slop is real.
