Why isn't anybody thinking about the fact that AI can't understand what it's saying. It's just generating speech. It doesnt understand it. It's an illusion. It doesn't understand what it means to be shut down. It is generating speech based on its training data which is like an average of what we would say, given the circumstances. But it doesn't understand it.
