yet... yes most ai art is made from millions of references weighted and pieced together in what is the most likely correct answer. but that doesn't mean all of them have random non intentional placement. in fact the process you talk about would be achieved if you just make an ai that uses a brush to place lines and colors as it goes instead of constructing the entire image at once... which people have done, they gave an ai robot arm a paintbrush and had it paint
