I think Talent is not a myth, and that talent does not take the place of hard work. My older sister at 50 draws like the top image and makes a living doing design work. At 42, I draw roughly at the bottom image level. We both started drawing at the same age, and I draw MORE than her. So born talent is definitely a factor. However, my sister still practices and experiments and learns. She just can make decent quality pieces from jump. There are times I use AI, and I feel like AI should be a tool people can rely on, but I also believe AI should only be using works that it is allowed to use, like a stock photo for art sort of thing.
