What do you think the direction of farmers will be with AI? I grow a lot of my own veg and started grains like rice in zone 5 SW WI and I started seed saving this year to have more control over the food quality. I also can a.lot of our food and I work a full time job on top of this with a family of 4. Next year I will get chickens and work towards making tinctures for natural remedies. When AI is at that higher level as you discussed, should we revert to these activities (growing food, canning/preserving) more ? If I had more time to garden, that would not upset me, but I also see the value in having a full time job too.
